Refund & Returns Policy

At Cristam, we are committed to providing a fair and secure shopping experience for all our users—whether you are purchasing goods, services, or digital content. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request refunds, returns, or exchanges, and explains the roles of vendors, buyers, and the Cristam platform in facilitating those transactions.

Cristam operates as a hybrid platform, offering both in-house products and services, as well as hosting a variety of independent third-party vendors. As such, return and refund processes may vary depending on the nature of the product purchased and the party responsible for its sale. However, in all cases, we aim to uphold transparency, protect consumer rights, and ensure disputes are handled efficiently and fairly.

 

Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

When a customer purchases a physical product directly from Cristam, they are entitled to request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, are missing components, or are damaged due to customer handling may not qualify for a full refund.

If the return is a result of an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product—Cristam will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days.

For products sold by third-party vendors on the Cristam platform, customers are encouraged to review each vendor’s individual return policy before making a purchase. While vendors are responsible for managing their own return and refund policies, Cristam will step in to mediate when issues are unresolved or if a vendor fails to respond to a legitimate customer concern. In such cases, Cristam reserves the right to review the evidence provided by both parties and make a final determination.

 

Refunds for Digital Products

Digital products—including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, eBooks, courses, and other virtual content—are typically non-refundable due to their intangible nature. Once a download has been initiated or access has been granted, the item is considered delivered and non-returnable.

Exceptions may be made if the digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description on the site. In such cases, customers must report the issue to Cristam within three (3) days of purchase by contacting info@cristam.com and including proof of the issue (such as screenshots or error messages). If the claim is validated, a replacement file or full refund may be provided.

 

Refunds for Services

For services sold either by Cristam or third-party providers—such as consulting sessions, digital help, mentorships, or appointments—refund eligibility is determined by whether the service has been delivered, and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. If a service has not yet been rendered and a cancellation is requested in advance, a refund may be granted, minus any applicable processing fees.

In cases where the service has already been delivered or partially delivered, refunds will only be issued if the customer can demonstrate that the service was not provided as described or failed to meet agreed expectations. As with physical and digital products, disputes related to services are first handled between the buyer and the service provider. However, if the issue cannot be resolved directly, Cristam will mediate and issue a final resolution based on fairness and the evidence presented.

 

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, customers should first attempt to contact the seller directly through their Cristam account order history. If the issue remains unresolved after a reasonable effort, the buyer should contact Cristam Support at info@cristam.com. All refund requests should include the order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting documentation such as photos, screenshots, or receipts.

Once the request is received, Cristam will review the claim and respond within seven (7) business days. If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed upon.

 

Items and Purchases That Are Not Eligible for Refund

Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds under this policy. These include:

  • Digital downloads once delivered, unless proven defective or misrepresented.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or altered items.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Gift cards, store credit, or promotional coupon redemptions.

 

Dispute Resolution and Platform Mediation

Cristam acts as a neutral marketplace and facilitator, ensuring fair and transparent practices among all vendors and buyers. When a dispute arises, Cristam will review all communication, transaction records, and any evidence submitted by both parties. Our team will work to resolve the matter amicably and, if necessary, render a final decision that must be respected by both the buyer and the seller.

Cristam reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that repeatedly violate customer trust or fail to comply with platform policies. Similarly, customers who are found to be abusing the refund system or submitting false claims may face account suspension and potential legal action.

 

Protection Against Fraud and Misuse

To protect the integrity of the platform and its users, Cristam actively monitors for fraudulent activity and policy misuse. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that appears dishonest, abusive, or inconsistent with our records. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive refund requests, use of multiple accounts, or chargeback manipulation.
